A podcast from the creators of Shit Spanish Girls Say bringing the New York Latinx voice into spaces where their perspective is often overshadowed. Bronché is a sacred time of spilling tea, clinking glasses, and indulging in all the decedent perspectives on news, entertainment, politics, and experiences life’s menu has to offer. Mimosas soften the blow; who says you can’t talk about everything at the table? Our goal is to make difficult conversation palatable, first by accessing the heart with a meal and loosen the nerves with some cocktails, then by creating a safe space where people can agree to disagree but all walk away with a new understanding of a different perspective.

The Objective
Give the Ladies Who Bronché podcast website a makeover to match their stunning new photos taken by photographer Connie Chavez.
The Solution
Redesigned website that includes an archive of all the LWB episodes.
Design Direction
The design was a collaboration, following the expert lead of Ladies Who Bronché creator Julissa Contreras. Julissa’s directive for the vibe of the site was “Breakfast at Tiffany’s starring Cardi B.”
This, along with branding and new photos, were our design guidelines.
Custom Cursor
I tried to bring in some elements of fun into the site to infuse some of the energy and vibe of the podcast’s incomparable co-hosts, Julissa & SkittLeZ. There are a number of gifs incorporated into the site, and I drew this custom cursor. Cheers!
